Material matched to your process
We don’t sell “something similar” off the shelf. We ask about your production line, the layer and the load, and then give you a specific variant with its weight, width and composition. If the material doesn’t work out, we keep looking.
Consistency from one delivery to the next
The same item code means the same material six months from now. We keep batches from a single source, and if the supplier changes, we let you know in advance and send a comparison sample before delivery.
Documentation ready for audit
On request, we provide documents issued by the material supplier. For fire retardant materials, these are test reports from recognised laboratories.
How we choose the material
We start with your process. Before we recommend a fabric, we establish five things.
Based on this, we usually propose two or three variants and send samples. You decide after testing on your own line.
