Description
A polyamide-elastane knit designed for demanding swimwear and sportswear. The surface has a pronounced sheen that stays visible even in full sun.
The 84% polyamide / 16% elastane blend at 220 g/m² gives four-way stretch and firm compression that follows the body. The warp-knit tricot construction ensures full coverage even when wet, and resistance to ladders.
- The warp-knit tricot structure does not unravel crosswise or ladder.
- Polyamide has noticeably higher abrasion resistance than polyester.
- 16% elastane gives maximum fit and lasting shape memory.
- The 220 g/m² weight provides coverage, thickness and structure.
- The fabric is not see-through.
- The shiny finish reflects light.
- High colour fastness, resistant to fading in the sun.
- Four-way stretch gives complete freedom of movement.
- Micro-compression shapes the figure.
- Silky, cool hand against the skin.
- Smooth fibres do not absorb excess water, so the fabric does not get heavy when wet.
- Resistant to pilling from contact with sand and rough surfaces.
- High tensile strength.
- A good substrate for sublimation printing.
